You'd do well to learn that there's a difference between stating fact and making a firm statement.In a debate you don't leave room for subjectivity; only objectivity. If you think I'm trying to be smart or whatever, then be my guest, but my point stands.Also, as another user said, it was about his mother's Christian faith; therein lies room for an escapism which he made by saying it wasn't specifically Christianity, rather about his mother which entailed ill feelings for Christianity.

I'm sure that line isn't his only point, but it does certainly have to do with his mother's faith in Christianity.

honestly kid, I'm not that into MJK. I totally respect everyone having their opinion of any song. But you say these opinions like they are fact, and like you are somehow too good for these songs because your meanings are the real ones. Fuck, you listen to Blind Guardian and a barrage of cheesy metal bands that sing about fuckin elves and hobbits.
