geez, it's a classic...oh yeah gentoob...you are right, however, this particular cartoon represents only Jewish people. usually, when it was Blacks they were poking fun at, they did the whole corn-row, big-lipped, tap-dancing, "burned" black by gunfire thing. Sad. It was a different time. look at Speedy Gonzales and the Mexican stereotypes (the lazy, drunk friends of his). But hey, there's all kind of stereotypes still. Germans r still considered evil superpowers,Americans r fat, Chinese r geeks

It was actually a racist satire piece, back then all the cartoons with the hobo hat and bucked teeth represented the black population, sad, but true... it happened a lot in cartoons.

I don't think he is supposed to be anyone in particular, the voice is the original Porky Pig, who had a natural stutter. It was done just for a laugh.
