Would've cost them a few thousand to say "Yep, we screwed up and since it's our fault, we'll pay for the repairs" ... but because they were buttheads, it's now cost them MILLIONS in lost reputation. Sucked in, United. Way to go, Dave!!! Ultimate revenge!

Great job Dave! United does break guitars..... they broke my Washburn from Chicago to Salt Lake and I did the wild goose chase for days to no avail! Great video and song!
