Willie was well aware Ray was almost gone. They had just finished doing a CD together, and everyone who worked on it knew Ray was sick and dying. Knowing that, it's even greater watching Willie watch Ray here.

I just watched this again and noticed that Willie starts choking up to cry several times. Actually even before the song starts really. I wonder, does this song have special meaning to him or did he know we wouldn't have Ray much longer?
