Revolution still makes a powerful statement today. "When you talk about destruction, don't you know that you can count me out" pretty much says, why they embraced other religions, but not Islam

lennon DOES do the scream (and in this recording), its just that in a live setting he didnt have time to catch his breath and thats what they used to make the video

Technically he did, the original track is dubbed over the video here.

Does anyone know if fuzz is being used for this song? If so, what kind?

I always thought Lennon did the scream at the start of the song. Thanks for setting me straight with this video!

The legends known as the Beatles will live on in our hearts!! I don't want to see the days Paul and Ringo leave this world for better things where they can all join John and George, forget their differences and pick up where they left off. Mayb then i'll get to see them in concert!! If there is a heaven they all have to go there on account of all the joy their music has brought to people.I'm 19 so i think that I and those close to me would prefer if i outlived Paul and Ringo...

if you are insinuating that the beatles are anti-semites you are completely off-base. The Beatles were accepting of all cultures, they even converted to hinduism...

Still the greatest opening riff in Rock-n-Roll!

yeah, I heard it. I think it's Paul. He liked to steal the show by shouting random things into the mic while John was singing. |
