In fact it was arranged by a Russian pianist Anton Rubinstein (1829-1894), who has no relation with the Polish pianist Arthur Rubinstein (1887-1982).

For those who are clueless and confused:There are TWO Turkish Marches. The one Kissin is playing now is by Beethoven, the Turkish March from the Ruins of Athens. The other one, which is most commonly known and more famous, is Rondo Alla Turca, written by Mozart. There are TWO Marches, one is very commonly heard and famous, which is probably why people think that this is not the Turkish March.

Beethoven initially composed this for an orchestra. However the piano version(which is this one) is arranged by Arthur Rubinstein. There is no piano version composed or written by Beethoven.
