Ok so this movie basically promotes the fact that its ok to cheat on your spouse. I guess that whole to death do you part thing and commitment to family doesn't mean anything anymore.

You are delusional. If you meant Asian when you said Eastern, actually Asian women are known to cheat a lot thesedays. Unfortunately cheating happens everywhere and the only place that doesn't have women cheating is Islamic countries where they stone women to death and I am sure even in those countries cheating happens. You just don't know about it.
