you would have been in a real trance, most people don't fully understand what a trance really is. I have learnt hypnosis from various sources and various top hypnotherapists. What I do now barely resembles hypnosis it looks more like traditional healing and doesn't look so visually impressive on videos. On youtube, google video, facebook, myspace and my websites I have lots of free training stuff. I have been doing hypnosis for over 15 years and teaching it for almost 10 years.

Yes, it is a great video. I'm not sure if it was a "real trance", but I felt relaxed and suddenly my hand started moving. Even though I was aware that I could have stopped the movement, it felt ok just to let it happen. Where did you learn hypnosis? Could you post some basic training videos, especially for self-hypnosis?

wow that was cool, took a while to work but did.. great job, perfect voice. Ive been told Im very difficult to hypnotize but this worked!

Handshake inductions and other pattern interrupt inductions have a simple process, it is just interrupting a pattern, then instantly deepening the state. To practice just notice patterns and interrupt them. You can learn more downloading my latest practice group video

Hi Dan,Thanks for the wonderful video. I have read somewhere that the handshake induction is not that simple as it seems. Can you please guide me as to how to start practicing the same.

i had a profound experience in walmart today but that i wish this video or some other could recreate i was walking along and all of a sudden i could not move a muscle my mum got mad cuz she wanted to go and she said come on lets go and all of a sudden i could move omg i was so embarrased i dont think ill be going back there anytime soon i aonder why i froze though it was wierd

I agree. This is the 1st hypnosis video/mp3/etc.. to ever have an effect on me. My hand was moving towards my face and then, BAM video ends.Awesome induction.

Easiest way to hypnotise someone is to go into a trance yourself...

Holy Moly, this video relaxes me so deeeeeeply I feel as though I'm leaving my body. It's a great video to watch right before bed. He's really really good!!
