this is amazing....i've seen this zapruder film a hundred times before and constantly felt its 'right' there and every one in the world has watched this videoyet its so damn clear the driver does turn and point and the fatal shot is done

The driver actually does a double take - turning around twice to look at Kennedy before he decides to shoot. This would suggest he was re-checking things and looking for the right moment.

Also, notice that the driver waits till the two people sitting directly in front of Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy, turn their heads back to face the Kennedys, for a few seconds. Kennedy himself was also looking downward at his tie or suit, and Jackie turns toward him to help him with his suit. So, while the Kennedy's and the two people in front of them, are not looking towards the front of the car, the driver turns and shoots. Perfect opportunity for the driver to take out Kennedy.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that the gunfire originates from inside the vehicle, and in front of Kennedy.

Oh my God, Jackie was one BRAVE WOMAN. Who would've been able to keep their wits about them after being that close to the fatal shot... I've never seen a footage of the shooting this clearly. From where did this come from?
