I am not Chinese. i have not lived in china my whole life. china is not a dictatorship. it is a communist government. there is a difference. Yes President Hu has a lot of power but he is not completely in control. President Mugabe is a dictator. Stalin was a dictator. there is a difference and you are just proving how ignorant you are.

China halved the amount of people given death penalties in 2 months. id like to see America do that. If you calculate deaths per capita America is much higher (mainly thanks to George Bush) as is Saudi Arabia.
