absolutely nobody can tell for sure what this is ,, realy a interesting and weird footage, it crossed my mind something about a gas mass floating in the sky , interactiing with the atmosfere releasing and eploding with electromagnetics , sometimes the earth is capable of producing ,all kinds of natural effects , some we dont understand yet ,, but sure they could be ufo formation too ,,

The narrator is Jaime Maussan, well known man in the UFO community.He just used the term "dragon" or "creature" to show that he's not always running to the conclusion that it's coming from another planet.Basically he's showing rationality.But this is certainly some sort of communication from an Extraterrestrial intelligent species.
