I absolutely LOVE this song, and even more, the video. This PV is certainly different from their Sincerely days. But it's great.Enjoy.

i read that in this band was akira suzuki ho is actually in the gazette called reita... is that true?

Exactly.Youre right, they are quite different; you can hear a little influence in a song here or there, but it's not like they're straight out copying them.::nodnod:: I agree completely. But you don't hear anyone complaining about them being too much like Nirvana.

You realize, even if you're defending yourself, that this is a hate comment as well, right? They were just sharing their opinion as well.

I love this song, but this album as a whole seems kind of transitional to me, kind of like a necessary step from Sphire-Croid to Bottom of Chaos. Not a bad thing though, not at all. There are a bunch of great songs on their self-titled album. I think because of it's transitionary style, it is the best reflection of everything that is Rentrer en Soi. ;]

I find the 'Kyo ruined ReS' arguement pretty empty, considering Kyo is credited as 'vocal agitator' on Sphire-Croid, which is stylistically firmly embedded in their 'old style.' And anyway, I don't see much Dir en grey in ReS at all. They are both Japanese and metal-oriented. That's about it. There is more Nirvana influence than Diru influence in my opinion, given certain song names as well as the structure of a number of songs from TBoC-era and onward.

You must be seriously, seriously mistaken. I don't know the last time you went to see Dir en grey live, but I saw them at the Roseland Ballroom in June 2007. The setlist from that show had songs that dated back from MACABRE. When they tour, they want to promote their upcoming release so their setlist will more contain new music, but don't be mistaken, Dir en grey knows their roots. Much like RENTRER EN SOI. At their last concert, they played A Prelude. Do you have any idea how old that song is?
