Thanks to Kizaa for the explanation. I have the manga scan and I don't understand a bit because it's Japanese... Now with the explanation, that helps a lot. And thanks to suedetv for the video! The chronology of the song helps me very much XD

In the future, there's a machine to bring people into a virtual world for research. Two people, who are siblings fall in love, but the boy doesn't want to be with the girl, and is with other girls. The girl gets jealous, and decides to kill him, saying "Then, brother, let's go home". She stabs him, but he forgives her. She's surprised, and trips and falls down. The knife goes into her back and she falls into a coma. The boy still watches over her in the glass coffin. pretty much, I think :B.
