I suppose it means that these 2 people want to be with each other and they cant stop thinking bowt what they wud do if they could meet, but for some other reason something is holding them back, so they can feel each other and think about each other but just cant meet..well atm :)this song holds sooo many great memories :(

theres a story behind most songs. if i wright songs/poetry i think of memories and stories from my life and put them on paper. even if it dosent seem like an accurate account of what happned just shows a different way of song writing and showing their own personal journey through life.. well thats what i think anyways.

The song seems to be self explanatory. The man and woman are at far distances. The woman feels connected to him through the earth. She imagines meeting him and all the things they will do. Turning the fire up, I assume, would just be another way of them building their passion. And Martha's voice is ace. She was perfect for this song. It's my second favorite from that album.GO GET THE NEW ALBUM IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY!!! <3

its like their other song 'open your eyes'you know the words mean something you just acnt put your finger on it!! maybe he wants to see her or something?!?!its not like a pop song where the words just aimlessly ryme!their new album is very good by the way!
