I love Cabelle and Sutherland most of all bust have better voices then evn Callars who may be better over all with preformence and stadge presence and stuff but personnaly the voice is the only thing that matter for me

espectacular o hay punto de comparacion entre ella y la Callas ni con las demas sopranos,ella simplemente no canta como ellas o mas bien ellas ''las demas'' no canta ni nunca cantara alguien como ella,me gusta Callas pero Montserrat es fenomenal y mas con esta aria.

Quizás es la interpretación mas perfecta de toda la historia de la ópera. Nada que envidiar a la Callas que si bien es verdad que le gustó siempre el "famoseo" y la farándula, Caballé lo que ha hecho es cantar perfectamente y preservar su vida privada, quizás por ello no todos la han visto como la cantante más completa del último siglo. O nadie recuerda lo de: Callas y Tebaldi = Caballé. VIVA LA VOZ !!!!

I do believe that this particular performance is the best of all performances in any opears I have ever heard. Simply because it is stunning. Its almost divine. Caballe's air intake technique is amazing- like she was not a human at all (in the good sense). Truly marvelous.

I m not sure about "RIVAL" but it's definitely a gorgeous voice and a fantastic performance.
