haw can it be a myth? its just a punch from 1 inch away there is nothing mythical or majic about that you just put your hand 1 inch away from the object and then punch as hard as u can and there u go a punch take from 1 inch away

Looks can be deceiving. Its very hard to tell what kind of power was transfered unless you are on the other end of it, getting struck. FaJing power isnt seen, its only felt... and its "fraction of second release". It does not help that they also did a slow-mo after the hit. Obviously, Its not as impressive because he pulled back some, not having the power to do it from 1" or less. Regardless, even Lee's strike dont look like much, but the guys hit were in some real serious pains (documented).
