The tragedy of Jacqueline Du Pre... if there were one person I could bring back from the dead, it wouldn't be my relatives, it wouldn't be my friends- it would be Jacqueline Du Pre... this is such an amazing piece.

What's amazing is how solid her interpretation is. It's basically the same here as on the Barbirolli record. Barbirolli is a better conductor however.
