Don't feel discorugaeI have the same feelingI work my upper back and it seems that I don't feel any pain at allI wonder if I was doign it wrong at first but my results were outstanding SO I guess it depends on the workout I use a dumbbell then I lean over a chair and put my hand on the chair for support, while holding the dumbbell on my other hand I lift it up and do 3 sets of 20 reps, 20lbs

i dont no why but when i work out my upper back i feel no pain in my uper back and i have great form and everything when i work triceps or biceps chest or wtv i get a great pump but upper back i feel nothing, can anyone help me?

your sopposed to keep your HIPS DOWN!! when doing those, that's why it's working your chest. Keeping your hips down isolates the back more also, and it also gives you a better feel/stretch.

loosing 12 pounds in six days ( if thats even possible or if its even true) is so unhealthy that you'd get dehiydrated and either die or pass out. Sorry but but the max youwhould losse weight is 3 punds a week.
