petey1231ninja thats not quite correct. Sigur Rós ofcourse sing songs in hopelandic. But most of their songs are in Icelandic. And I can tell you, this song is most definitely written in Icelandic! As an Icelander I should know.And besides, if Sigur Rós would only sing their songs in hopelandic (gibberish), then why are there written lyrics, and an English translation?The fact that Sigur Rós only sing in hopelandic is a common misconception that i would like to correct :)

Sigur Rós sings most of their songs in Icelandic. The other ones are written in hopelandic. And I can tell you, this song is most definitely written in Icelandic!

they actually sing in a made up language called hopelandic not icelandic -they are from iceland but use a made up language which compliments the tone of the music
