This song deserves better than litle visual one liners such as these. I don't remember seeing the video myself in the 80s; glad I didn't. It deserved better. Time for an artistic you-tuber to make one that's worthy of this fantastic classic.

Great Song. I Originally Heard It On The MTV Show Wildboyz With The Guys From Jackass. Also Heard It On JACK FM Out Here In Southern Cali. Had No Idea Who Sang It But Now I Finally Know!! Thanks Vaspian!!

Actually David Bowie's tune is called "Space Oddity" about this same Major Tom character theme that Peter continued with his song. Two very different types of songs/styles to compare. I like them both but I guess if you prefer the song with more bounce then this is it.
