Brandonb12, This may be a bit late, but if you have a Mac, try TubeTV. You can download videos in FLV format and have TTV automatically convert them for Apple TV, iPhone/iPod, etc...Though you won't get a VIDEO into MP3 format. MP3 is an audio format. MP4 can be video and audio.
