I watched evolution of dance , just like a million others have. But this guy is more than that hes an inspirational speaker that sounds like he's more than just the guy that came up with the awsome dance. It's someone trying to inspire along with being funny to help keep it from becoming preaching to the quire.

I just saw him perform the other day, and I thought he was really funny. They cut out a lot of his best moments in this clip, but I can't wait to see him again sometime.
