At first to I thought crickets were from kicking your legs up but you'll learn is better to use more of your arms, crickets deal with the technique of using one hand to spin while another arm rotates and "pumps"

watch where you stab your elbow.make sure you stab it into your LOWER SIDE (near your pelvis), not your stomach

i started practicing one handed hanglides like 3 weeks ago nd my record is 15 seconds... nd i practiced crickets for like 3 or 4 days nd i got 4 hops... rarely... my usual is like 1 or 2 |
