Hey man, let me tell you that it's not only Americans cheering Dave on, he's got fans all over the world. This is the effect that good food can have, it brings people from all over the world together. Before I saw Dave's videos, I knew that Carolina existed, and that there was North and South Carolina, but I didn't have any reference as to what Carolinians were like. All I can say is, if half of Carolinians are like Dave, then I want this state to be a model for the entire modern world.

A dutch oven really comes in handy when you are without power for a week due to Ike. I cooked a pot of chicken, left it in overnight, no refig, and we ate it the next day. A fireplace, grill and dutch oven, and a country boy can survive. S.C. looks a lot like east Tx. Beautiful.

i could not believe it but last night i bought one from DOLLAR GENERAL for only 10 bucks! can you believe it? i'd been wondering/looking for one and i thought i'd have to pay lots and it was the last/only one so i bought it immediately. so try the dollar general if they have one where you're at
