How do you add an annotation with a clickable link to the same video in HD or high quality? I tried putting in a link with a URL to the video and appending "fmt=22" to the end, but youtube automatically cuts off my addition to the end of the URL. I saw somebody else do it (I don't remember what video it was now) so I know it's possible.

In the middle of what? I can either type directly into the bubble or use the text box on the left by all the tools.

no..just click in the middle..then
the click the text here will highlight and do not backspace just type in directly...

It won't show text though. I can select the text area, start typing, and the cursor even moves, but it still just says enter text here. I've backspaced, typed something and published it, and on the vid it popped up and said enter text here.

just click the the enter text here text and start typing..your text should show up..

Okay, I can get everything to work, but I can't add text to anything. It say's, "Enter your text here" and I can highlight and everything but nothing shows when I type. Suggestions?
