thank you for this beautiful meditation. There are large fields of sunflowers behind my house. When they are blooming, I love to watch them. You can see if you watch them throughout the day that they really do follow the sun's movement - the whole field of flowers change their position to hold their faces ever to the sun. I know that this is in their nature but many flowers do not... it makes them special to watch. Thanks dolphin and dove! Lovely.
