Great Video. 6 Stars. You summarized everything I wanted to say about this film. ¿Are spartans all blue eyed y anglo-saxon like (nothing against it)? ¿Are spartans 100% machos? Shit, NO. Greeks are 70-80 % brown eyed (light to dark) and pederasty had a more prominent role in Sparta than in all Greece.

Whats with everyone being proud of everything? "I'm proud I'm white", "I'm proud I'm blonde", "Im proud I'm gay", "I'm proud I'm Straight", "I'm proud I'm American", "Im proud I'm Christian". Except for the latter those are all things you are born with. In order to be "proud" of something you must accomplish it. If you are proud of what you never had to work for, you are definitely on the bottom of the shit pile of life. Be proud of things you accomplish.

"Heterosexuality" means "straight" and i don't have anything against it. "Heterosexism" is a belief that being straight is pure, morally correct, and the only way to live a healthy life. It also assumes everyone else is or should be straight. In this video the full statement is "why emphasize the spartans' heterosexuality and deny their homosexuality with homophobia?" In other words, why were the spartan warriors portrayed as strictly hetero when they had sex together all the time?
