I don't know what yahoo messenger is. I have no problem wih email exchanges. Do you have my personal email? It's mpekor@optonlinenet Put a dot betweeen the first part and net... This youtube format wouldn't let me put my email address there in it's regular form. Do you understand?

I highly recommend that you read Eckart Tolle's "The Power of Now" and seek out a better therapist. Things will get better my friend... Hang in there. Mike

I can't afford to see a Psychiatrist and when I saw a therapist in a free clinic, he seemed bored and uninterested and so I didn't come back.

I can't fight any more. I've tried. This is sort of my last plea for some form of help. I've been on anti-depressants for years and things in my life just keep getting really bad. I've been feeling like I want to end my life for a few months now. I really don't see it getting better. I've been on anti-depressants for years but life keeps throwing spears at me. I get up and go out but I still don't feel better.
