Real or not this emily chick is hot. I got chubb just watching her face
GroovyAsh (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
Which makes it realistic...
NionLead (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
to me, it seems like her mouth and smile are off
TheNilvarg (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
She's real the whole time.
facethemirrorxx (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
that's not true. in the part where they 'mess up her face' is actually when they only show single maps - diffuse and specular map and at last only the wireframe model - (i guess they are using some more like a bump map and environment map) but all these maps combined plus the realistic wireframe model of emily can trick your eyes

Do the majority of you dumbasses talking shit not realize that YouTube has something to do with DEGRADING the image?? And quit your fucking lying people. You had no idea that this was a CGI so quit trying to kid yourself and others! I see some of you morons are taking hints from Casey Anthony!
RoC1909 (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
FTW!!I feel the same way you do. All of these shit talkers saying "I knew it was fake all along" or other things along those lines are full of shit!! If Image Metrics continues with this technology, they not only broke through but built a bridge over the 'uncanny valley' and 'fake' from real seems to be no more.

I find it funny, how all you guys try to think of something clever to say and how you fail at it ;] If you saw her in commercial without knowing it's a CGI, youl'd never thought she's not real. I suggest you watch the full video of what image metrics is and how Emili is created and only then talk. Thanks for your attention.
makistudio (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
She's real, the only part CGI is when they messed up her face, the software just uses motion capture without the dots and the bunch of cameras that you normaly need for this
seraph080 (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
first off, anyone who wants to put some smartass comment on how rigged this is, just SHUT UP!Would she be real if Game Informer published an article SAYING she isn't? You can tell Emily isn't real, because of her eyes. They have almost no glint in them at all. It's like you can tell there is no emotion behind their face. THAT'S cgi's true downfall. |
