Yeah, of corse analog is warmer. The DX is not for paddings. It's for mettalic sounds, bells, percussives and other stuff. It's an AMAZING synth IMO.

i hate the sound. It never has really cought my attention. I would prefer analog over FM i like the warm sound im not to big on the cold sound. But yeah i dont care for it too much sounds too cold for me. good demo :)

Yeah, the Sega genesis/megadrive used the same kind of FM synthesis, except it only had 6 channels.

these sounds remind of the sega mega drive, even though im aware it contained a yamaha 2612 chip. Sounds just as nice as the analogue synths. Gr8 XD
