hahahah! i was wrong! Tobe Hooper directed this movie based from the novel of Stephen King. im also starting a book...a novel...horror! my expected time to finish it is before Oct.2009. then with the help of friends, i'll make it into a short film...a movie full of internal organs and blooooood!

Salem's Lot is from Stephen King (1979). Tobe Hooper(writer of Dance with the Dead, & The Damned Thing) is also one of the Masters of Horror...lemme guess, HE is THIS kid in this movie scene? if yes, he's most likely inspired by Stephen King. hehhehe

I haven't seen the newer one. This version scared the crap out of me when I was about 15, but it looks silly now!
