To be fair we had the best of the decisions with offsides, which you don't normally get in germany and germany were really sloppy. Does it detract from the result? DOES IT HELL.

We'll qualify. In our next 5 games, 4 of them are at home and the other is away in russia. If we win all of our home games and even draw in Russia will see us through.

we were better in 2002. even with hargreaves not as he is now, with heskey, butt, sinclair and so on in the squad we were better then. we had a more enjoyable world cup then too. just becuase we had rooney for 2006 the media thought they may as well just send the cup to us in the mail. but we have beckham and owen back now and we are picking up form, so i think we can beat germany. but not like this, it was a one off.
