The stock market, pen pushers and all the shady resellers are going to ruin this country. You can't blame them though, it's a much more efficient way to make money. Even I'm guilty of playing "money games". But this system is very faulty (on top of the fact that it is impossible to forever create goods... particularly out of less common resources).

Nah, he just saw what I see (not to sound arrogant). If everyone spends time trading stuff because it makes more than making stuff, then the economy will eventually completely fail. This is why the dollar has dropped. Bad products and/or low GNP to dollar ratio = worthless currency. The banks are counting on it (and is already reaping). One word: foreclosures. Anyway, I think he knew it was coming, but he isn't "psychic" if that's what you entail, just really smart.
