If you ever played in an orchestra, you knew that's totally normal. It's just the tension and the pressure to get the sound right.

Clearly Salonen is amazing and extremely talented, but does anyone else think he looks annoyed or pissed off with the orchestra at points? He just gets really strange looks on his face.
