The Yellow River is in China...not in Vietnam. It originates in the Tibetan highlands & finally empties into what becomes the Yellow Sea to the west of Korea. So your contention that it is anti-Vietnam song is dubious at best and just uninformed at worst.

Definitely NOT. Christie are a band, Lou is an American singer.This song also has NOTHING to do with Tony Christie, an English singer.See the official Christie website
