Yes, you are right. It only makes sense to actually sing the song when recording it. It helps make it look more realistic...breathing patterns, and exhales...it gives it more attitude.

Well AidenCrank, im sorry you think that about me. You dont even know me and your making a rash judgement about me. I know they dont record the song while they sing it in the video. They record it in a studio. And yes they do lip-sync in music videos but they sing some parts to make the lip-syncing look better. Also in an interview on Coldplay's second album, Chris talks about how they made the video for The Scientist, and he actually sings some of the song backwards in the interview.

EminentKnight or whatever, you're the biggest dumbass I know. They don't learn the lyrics backwards,its called lip-syncing. They don't sing the song that is going to be the recording on the album, and alot of the parts they did him just walking backwards and for the others hes mouthing it

i saw this first time since the crash on tv the other day, and i cant help but think how lucky i am. i'd just taken my jacket off a few mins before the crash, but had put my belt back on. it scares me that i could of been in the same situation as that girl.
