ive been doing the 8 minute buns and abs, it really works, just try it. you dont see results right away- thats not how it works, but over a month or two, do it 5 times a week, trust me. great stuff.thanks for uploading

I did pilates for about three weeks for only 10 minutes a day and my stomach got a lot tighter and I got muscles in my legs that I never knew existed. It works pretty fast if you stick with it.. also make sure you always do them on an empty stomach...

more than once a day is redundant. The muscles have to rest and recuperate from the damage they sustain while exercising and doing more exercise before they're 100% okay will not get you any more muscles OR definition, in fact, you may do serious damage to yourself.

well if you dont want bulk then do what they are saying but like 2 times a day and let if slowly so it gives yoor mucles time to rest while still working out. also it will probably take somewhere around 2 weeks. the only other way that isnt excerising in this way is dance and thats how i got toned.

----- if you just go for a "diet", you must also go OFF the "diet". And where does that lead you? Gaining those fat back.. yet again. So make a decision today, change your way of life for the rest of your life. ;) You'll feel great, healthy, live longer and be much more energetic. That's my best advice. Have fun!

Well, if you eat properly (no junk food, 5 to 6 SMALL meals a day etc), you will propably get to see some results after month or two. If you work hard for it and do some other exercises than just this one, you could get some results even after only two weeks!But to be honest these are just my own speculations, don't mind about them too much. Remember: Don't take this as a "diet and temporary exercise". You must decide now that "I'm going to change the way of my life." ----- |
