No gimmicks , or hooks , its a normal sounding song , but Gene's voice just makes it great . Sadly Missed !!

Thanks for the info. I must have been 12 when I saw that in the movies. Gonna watch it again and pay attention ! Especially what happened to John Wayne's caharacter.
