You should. I am not an arab, but I learned to appreciate her music because I was introduced to it by my Egyptian friend. Like me, your friend can get over the fact that a song doesn't have to last only five minutes. Besides, this isn't just a song, but poetry. Her voice is unbelievable. It's very emotional. I feel very sad when I hear it. Very beautiful.
