yeah you're probably right but sometimes you really dont have to think so much to notice that some genres are just bullshit (like german Volksmusik).

I'm a big fan of metal and B.B. King (other blues too) and i dont think that im a dumbass. I think metal and blues musicians are the last who really care about the music they make. not like all the pop and hiphop stuff wich is just about commercial and profit. of course metal sounds distracting for most people but when you know a little bit about the musicians, especially the older ones, you'll find out that they're standing in the forefront of nowadays artists(right after blues).
